Meet the TCA team

JASON BARKER

My name is Jason Barker, and I’ve been coaching cheer for over eight years at the high school, middle school, and all-star levels. I’ve had the opportunity to build a well-rounded background in the sport, and what drives me every day is helping athletes reach their full potential. I’m passionate about pushing each athlete to become the best version of themselves—both in their performance and in their personal growth.

Coach

AshlynN Beller

I have been involved in cheerleading since Pre-K, and throughout that time, I’ve had the privilege of earning a State Championship along with multiple state appearances. Ten seasons ago, I began my All-Star journey, where I’ve won multiple titles, including the prestigious NCA title with my Level 5 team.

Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to learn from some of the best coaches in the industry, gaining not only technical skills but a deep love and respect for the sport. I am beyond excited to now step into a coaching role and be part of such an incredible team.

My goal as a coach is to create a positive, supportive environment where athletes can grow both on and off the mat, building confidence, character, and a strong work ethic… with plenty of dancing along the way!

Coach

GINA FOWLER

After finishing my career as a gymnast and cheerleader at the high school and college level, I have dedicated the past 30 years to the sport, building a career rooted in passion, hard work, and a commitment to excellence. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching at both the school and all-star levels, developing athletes who consistently perform at a high level.

At the school level, I have led teams to state titles, taking pride in creating programs that value discipline, teamwork, and school spirit while competing at the highest level. Watching those teams grow and succeed has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

In the all-star world, I have coached teams to numerous NCA titles and was honored to lead a team to a Summit title—an achievement that represents the dedication and talent of the athletes I’ve worked with. Competing and seeing my athletes succeed against the best has been incredibly fulfilling.

Throughout my career, my focus has always been on developing not just strong athletes but confident, resilient individuals to be successful humans in life, both in and out of the gym. I believe in pushing athletes to reach their full potential while also creating a positive and supportive environment.

After 30 years, I’m still driven by the same passion that started it all, and I remain committed to growing the sport and making a lasting impact on every athlete I coach.

Coach

Mallory OSTLER

I’ve spent the majority of my life in cheerleading—16 years as an athlete and the past 5 years on the coaching side, working with both high school and all-star programs. My experience includes competing at national and world-level events, as well as continuing my career at the University of Oklahoma.

Coaching has given me a new perspective on the sport I’ve always loved. While I value strong technique and competitive success, what matters most to me is the environment I create for my athletes. I strive to build a space where they feel comfortable, supported, and confident in who they are—on and off the mat.

I believe the impact of cheer goes far beyond routines and competitions. It’s about helping athletes grow into confident individuals, encouraging them through challenges, and being someone they can rely on. Watching that growth is what makes coaching so meaningful to me.

With over 26 years of experience in coaching cheerleading, I have developed a deep expertise across multiple levels of the sport. My All-Star background includes coaching at Twist and Shout, Oklahoma Twisters, and Cheers & More. I have also coached numerous high school programs and coached at the collegiate level at Rose State College for several years. Currently, I coach at both Yukon High School and Community Christian High School.

I have coached school teams to win state titles in Performance State, Game Day State, and Stunt.  In 2026, I won 3 separate NCA National Championships, 2 with Yukon High and the all-star Sr Coed Level 5.  My wife and I won a partner stunt national championship in 2005.  Our two daughters are actively involved in cheerleading. This personal connection to the sport fuels my passion for its ability to build confidence, character, and lifelong skills in athletes.

I am committed to creating a positive, structured environment where every athlete is coached with consistency, fairness, and respect.

I have been in the cheerleading world for over 12 years, earning both a State Championship title and an NCA National Championship during my athletic career. I have spent the past four years coaching at the Little League and All-Star levels, where I am passionate about helping athletes grow in skill, confidence, and character. I am committed to creating a positive, encouraging environment that pushes each athlete to reach their full potential.

Coach

MORGAN WILSON

Being involved in cheer has become a true passion of mine over the past five years. I’ve been fortunate to be part of teams that have earned multiple NCA titles and STUNT state championships. I love being able to watch athletes advance. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing their hard work pay off when they finally master a new skill and gain confidence in themselves.

Coach

I started my very long coaching career at Dynamo Gymnastics, where I was the director of the tumbling and pre-team program for 12 years. After that, I moved into coaching competitive cheerleading and tumbling, and have done that for the past 26 years! Although I was an all-American as an athlete and have an NCA title as a coach, what I really love about coaching is the chance to be a part of these athletes’ journey in Cheer! One of my favorite things about coaching is building their self-esteem and skills so that they can achieve their goals and reach the next level.

I have two favorite quotes. The first is, I always tell them “I’ve got your back— LITERALLY!” And the second is, “you’ve got to want it more than you’re afraid of it! “

I’m very excited to be starting a new endeavor, coaching and choreographing at Triumph Cheer and Athletics!
